The fastest, most efficient build process
Once the design is complete, our pools are hand-built from insulated polypropylene sheet with a high-strength ribbed exoskeleton.. Off-site construction minimises installation time, reduces dependency on weather conditions, and lowers your project’s carbon footprint. Once manufactured the shell is lowered onto a concrete slab and backfilled with sand & cement. Finally a ring beam is installed for top-edge rigidity and a coping sub-base.
